How do I make a booking?

DPA Management will issue a contract for both parties to sign which conforms to standard industry practice.  A deposit of 25% will be required to secure your booking, with the balance being due if possible on the night or within 7 days of the event at the latest.  

How long do you play for?

We usually play for 2 x 50 minute sets or 3 x 40 minute sets timed to your individual requirements.

When do you set up and how long does this take?

We aim to get to you 2 hours before your guests arrive to allow for equipment set-up and sound-checks. 

If you would like us to be set up earlier in the day an additional 'set-up fee' will be charged. 

Do you need any special access?

If the event is not on the ground floor, then access via a lift is essential.

Once set up, can you move your equipment to another room later in the day?

No – moving the equipment once settings are in place means that it would take almost as long to move it back as it did to set it up in the first place.

How much space do you require?

12 feet x 10 feet is the usual minimum, but please get in touch if you would like us to fit into a smaller space.

Do we need to supply anything?

The venue needs to provide access to at least 2 x 32 amp sockets.

Will I also need to hire a DJ?

We can supply continuous pre-recorded music before, after and between our performances, or you can provide us with your own selection (on cd).
